|Recommended: YesPerfect Home — This has been the cleanest and friendliest place I’ve stayed at so far. The staff are great and helping you get settled and the place smells great all the time. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. The guest parking is a bit inconvenient if you’re having people over. The pool area is really nice but the bbq grills aren’t a working properly. Amenities are perfect with the nicely equipped gym, spacious social area and quiet business center. They even have a bicycle storage and pet wash room. Great location and the view from my balcony definitely sold me. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxury apartment.

|Recommended: NoLove the location, but not satisfied with parking and neighbors staff — I love the location and facilities here, but I am not satisfied with parking availability, neighbors smoking weed all the time, and now I sleep in the living room, not in my bedroom , and staff we do have a new management system, but until last month, staff was not friendly and rude sometimes, but security and maintenance people are awesome . I look forward to seeing improvements since now we have the new management system.

|Recommended: NoBeautiful design bizarre shortage of parking — It's a great apartment complex... if you don't own a car. Parking is absurd. There isn't enough space for residents, much less visitors. If the situation isn't resolved, I will not be staying here.
